I just want to remind everyone that nominations for the OCASA Committee elections close at 9am on Wednesday 3rd August. It’s lonely out here as the only elected representative!
Details of how to get involved are here. I believe that we have some nominees but we need more. I am sure that you wouldn’t want your subject area to go unrepresented at this crucial stage!
More to the point, OCASA is going to be influential in all areas of the student experience, which could, potentially, impact directly on you and your future studies. We need a broad range of experience, viewpoint and skills, so please don’t think this isn’t suitable for you. It is – so, if you’ve been thinking about it, time to stop and get your nomination in before 9am next Wednesday.
