Blog of the week: Lucy Bridges
This is a post from the weareoca.com archive. Information contained within it may now be out of date.
It has been a few weeks since we have had a ‘blog of the week’. We have been busy preparing for assessment and planning for the next academic year which starts in September. Students who are blogging their learning logs keep coming to our attention however and its now time to address this omission. Lucy’s OCA Learning Log sets out her progress through her first course Art of Photography and it caught my attention for two reasons principally. Firstly, it is a beautifully structured blog. It is very easy to navigate and identify the different components of the log. Secondly, and more importantly however, it evidences how Lucy is reflecting on her work, the work she is seeing and the feedback from her tutor. Check out his musings on the feedback to assignment 2 here. It is a blog well worth exploring.
Congratulations Lucy, well deserved
