I apologise for the late notice of this announcement, but hope that some of you will be able to join me at a study at the Baltic, Gateshead on the 21 January to look at the work of Monica Bonvicini (b. Italy 1965) who makes work about architecture, control, gender, space, surveillance, and power using objects, materials and tensions found both on the building site and in sado-masochism.
