Election for OCASA Fine Art Representative
As students will have seen in (Stan’s announcement), there is a vacancy on the OCASA Committee for a Fine Art representative, to replace Mary Adam.  This is the formal announcement of an election for that role.

Nominations
All students currently studying on the Art & Design and Art History modules with OCA are eligible to stand and to vote.  Students who wish to stand for election may nominate themselves, or be nominated by another student (with the nominee’s permission, of course). Please email a 250 word election statement (setting out why other students should choose you) and a 250 word personal biography (setting out information that you think other students should know about you) to the returning officer, Dee Whitmore (deewhitmore@oca-uk.com ) by 09:00 BST on Tuesday 12th June.

Elections
If there is more than one nomination, an election will be held. Details of the candidates will be published on WeAreOCA on 14th June together with details of how to vote. Fine Art students will then have until 12:00 BST on 6th July to register their vote.
If there is only a single nomination for a committee post, that student is elected unopposed to the committee and their statements published on WeAreOCA as a matter of record.

Results
Election results will be published on WeAreOCA on 10th July.
