Join Caroline on the 5 September to explore three exhibitions in Norwich.
In the morning we will visit Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery to view firstly the Jeff Koons Artists Rooms and secondly the exhibition ‘Sawdust and Threads’ – the culmination of a three year collaborative project between artist, OCA tutor and study guide Caroline Wright and curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at NMAS Harriet Loffler.

After lunch we will take a bus to the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Art. We will be viewing the exhibition Abstraction and The Art of John Golding’ which looks at the development of abstract art from 1900 and brings together a collection of the works of Golding. There is also the chance to look at the permanent collection which contains work by Francis Bacon, Alberto Giacometti, Henry Moore, Pablo Picasso and many more artists of significance.

  • I wish I could make it to this. A full day. I recently saw Caroline speak briefly about her work at an OCA Staff Training Day. Well worth going to se her speak.
