Join Linda Khatir, Curriculum Leader for Painting, and OCA tutor Michele Whiting on October 11th at the Frieze art fair in London.

Frieze London is the art event of the year – this is the place where over 170 contemporary art galleries from around the world showcase their newest and best artists, the place to find out exactly what is going on in today’s art world. In a beautiful location in Regents Park, the fair is made up of:

Frieze London (the main gallery section showing a range of artists from around the world), Focus (newer galleries showing up to three artists), Frame (solo artists).
There is also the sculpture park which exhibits new work by emerging and established artists, and for the first time: Frieze masters which is dedicated to pre 21st.C art (additional charge)
In order to enjoy this very full afternoon you should wear comfy shoes, take a camera, packed snack and drink. Please note that there is quite a lot of walking involved in this visit. We’ll meet at 1.30 at the Garden Cafe which is in the inner circle at Regents Park, ready for a timed entry at 2pm on 11 October. Please note that tickets for this event are not cheap, and since OCA is covering the entrance fee, it is vital that you commit to coming if you book up.
To book your place (free for OCA students) please email enquiries@oca-uk.com
