Its helpful to hear about how to approach doing assignments in some depth, thanks.
And of course well done Stuart.
Stuart’s really got the idea about taking a lateral approach to the assignments which allows his engagements and enlightenments to speak through them.
I relly enjoyed the creative way in which Stuart has chosen to enliven the mundane topic of speed cameras – excellent!
Really unusual subject matter both the maternity unit (they all seem to be under threat wherever in the world you live sadly!) and speed cameras. The silence and emptiness in the maternity unit where it once was the witness of new life is so very poignant…congrats Stuart, great work.
Well done, Stuart.
No More Babies is my fav.
Interesting to hear the feedback – well deserved Stuart.
For anyone who hasn’t seen Stuart’s work, No More Babies is featured in the latest (third) edition of the student magazine, Untitled
Yes, very interesting to hear the feedback and learning points and great to see the range of ideas generated for the speed camera project, as well as No More Babies which I was already familiar with. Congratulations Stuart!
Really good work Stuart. It was good to see ‘No More Babies’ in the student magazine also. Interesting comments as well from Jesse regarding grungy/not grungy. Your images certainly show that grunge isn’t necessary and also the difference it can make when someone has a personal connection to their subject matter.
