OCA Illustration student Kasia Lovick has been thoughtful and thorough in the way she has approached assignment three of her course. Take a look at what she has done, and the images she looked at. Its interesting to note that one of the first things she looked at ended up giving her the inspiration she needed.Click here to take a look.

Good work Kasia!
I found your finished design so much more interesting than the very rigid piano one you were going to send to your tutor. (I also found your mood board surprisingly rigid.) As you say, the shapes in the final one move like jazz rhythms. It just goes to show that a lot of hard preparation isn’t always what it takes. It also takes intuitiion and guts. Well done.
